I'm also a huge TTRPG buff, creating and selling the assets used for my campaigns.

Commission Process

  • After being notified of your commission I will contact the client over Ko-fi Dms.

  • I will then start working on some sketches based on the reference and instructions left by the client when making the commission order.

  • I will then send over a sketch for the client to assess, along with making any major changes they want from the pose.

  • I will then work to finish the piece to completion and send it for any final smaller adjustments eg: Small detail changes or colour adjustments.

  • Once the client is happy with the finish piece I will email the finished piece alongside a transparent version to the client via email.

Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.Basic ToS:
Payment is given in full as part of commissioning me through Ko-fi.Artwork cannot be claimed as your ownNo refunds once the work on the commission has begun unless conditions in SECTION ll are applicable.SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT
1. I retain full rights to the original artwork.2. Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like.3. Prohibited Actions
Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
Claiming the artwork as your own. Or use of my artwork for any purposes including AI, be training or submission for my art to be replicated by AI.5. If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me again.SECTION II. REFUNDS
Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be given if the commission has started.(Eg. Sketch has been shared with client.)
No refunds will be given for completed commissions.
I reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION
1. Discussion of commissions can be conducted via DMs on Ko-Fi.Client must provide one or more clear visual references; supplementing it with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
If providing multiple reference images, preface which ones are most accurate so I can depict the design with as little error as possible.SECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAW
1. Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering; I specialise in a more simplified cartoon/anime style and things that are outside my comfort zone might not be as high of quality as something I am used to doing.2. Allowed Content
- Anthropomorphic characters
- Furries
- Humans,
- Robots / mechs,
- Armour,
- Blood / minor gore,3. Disallowed Content
- Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context.
- Overtly fetishised content
- Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.
I reserve the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with any offensive themes.SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS
1. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.
2. I will not replicate the style of another artist.
4. Estimated date of completion. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than 3 weeks. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund.5. Once the commission is accepted, I will begin the commission process. I will first send a sketch of the piece and progress is paused until approval is given.6. Any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made.* If I make any errors in the character design, I will make these edits at no additional cost.7. If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.Feel free to ask any questions!
